The Weeknight Box, Esk Beef

Esk Beef is Ben Drynan's herd at Esk, an hour west of Brisbane. Naturally raised, hormone free, grass fed.

In every box

• 2 packs of sausages in the flavour you pick - jalapeno, mushroom and garlic, English mustard or beef
• 1 rump pack (2 steaks)
• 1 whole brisket
• 1 kg premium mince
• 1 pack of plain sausages (thin or thick)

6 packs, 7.2 to 7.5 kg. Anything in brackets changes from box to box. Every box holds the same value of beef.
