The Freezer Fill, Esk Beef

Esk Beef is Ben Drynan's herd at Esk, an hour west of Brisbane. Naturally raised, hormone free, grass fed.

In every box

• 1 rib fillet pack (2 steaks)
• 1 pack of rump or porterhouse (2 steaks)
• Your pick of a second steak (an extra rib fillet, sirloin, t-bone or rib on the bone)
• Your pick of the sausage flavour (jalapeno, mushroom and garlic, or pepper and worcestershire)
• 1 corned silverside
• 1 y-bone steak pack (2 steaks)
• 1 or 2 packs of spare ribs
• 2 or 3 slow cook cuts (whole brisket or chuck steak, plus osso bucco or diced beef)
• 3 roasts (topside, rolled or blade)
• 1 kg extra lean mince
• 6 kg premium mince
• 1 pack of sausages (plain or thick plain)
• 2 packs of BBQ steaks

23 packs, 23.5 to 23.9 kg. Anything in brackets changes from box to box. Every box holds the same value of beef.
