The Family Box, Esk Beef

Esk Beef is Ben Drynan's herd at Esk, an hour west of Brisbane. Naturally raised, hormone free, grass fed.

In every box

• 1 rump pack (2 steaks)
• Your pick of the sausage flavour, 3 packs (jalapeno, mushroom and garlic, pepper and worcestershire, beef, or mixed)
• 3 slow cook cuts (chuck steak, whole brisket, corned silverside, osso bucco, diced beef or spare ribs)
• 5 kg mince (extra lean and premium)
• 1 pack of sausages (plain or thick plain)
• 1 pack of stir fry strips or BBQ steaks

14 packs, 14.5 to 15.2 kg. Anything in brackets changes from box to box. Every box holds the same value of beef.
