Burnham Grazing is a fifth generation, certified organic and biodynamic property at Thangool, Central Queensland. 100% grassfed and finished, no hormones or antibiotics.

• 1 rump pack (two steaks)
• 1 rib fillet pack (two steaks)
• A third steak - porterhouse pack (two steaks), rib on the bone, t-bone pack (two steaks), or a second rump pack (two steaks)
• 1 corned silverside, nitrate free
• 1 osso bucco (900 g approx)
• Y-bone steak pack (two steaks)
• Spare ribs
• A roast
• Brisket or chuck
• 3 to 4 x 1 kg mince
• 5 packs of sausages, thin and thick
• Beef strips or BBQ steaks

21 packs, 20.4 to 21.7 kg. Boxes differ: six carry a brisket and a topside roast, the other two a chuck roast and chuck steak instead. Every box holds the same value of beef.
