The Family Box, Burnham Grazing

Burnham Grazing is a fifth generation, certified organic and biodynamic property at Thangool, Central Queensland. 100% grassfed and finished, no hormones or antibiotics.

In every box

• 1 eye fillet pack (2 steaks)
• 1 osso bucco (800 g approx)
• 1 or 2 Y-bone steak pack (2 steaks)
• 1 or 2 Spare ribs
• 1 kg extra lean mince
• 2 kg premium mince

8 to 10 packs, 6.9 to 8.0 kg. Boxes differ: some carry a second y-bone pack, some a second pack of spare ribs. Every box holds the same value of beef.
