Keep Frozen
Store at or below minus 18 degrees C. Keep frozen until you are ready to eat. Do not refreeze once fully thawed.
Softening
For a scoopable bowl, leave the tub out for 1 to 2 minutes before opening. For a smoothie, blend straight from frozen.

Soften for a minute, scoop into a bowl, top with granola, banana and berries.
Smoothie
Blend the tub with milk or juice and a handful of frozen fruit.

1 x Melts Açaí Original tub1/2 banana, slicedHandful granolaFresh berries1 tbsp honey or mapleCoconut flakes
Method
1Leave the tub out for a minute, then scoop into a bowl.
2Smooth the top flat with the back of a spoon.
3Layer on banana, berries and granola.
4Finish with a drizzle of honey and coconut flakes. Eat straight away.
Tip: Keep the açaí frozen until the last second. The toppings go on cold so the bowl holds its shape.

Açaí SmoothieBlender • 5 min • Serves 1

1 x Melts Açaí Original tub1 cup milk of choice1/2 frozen banana1 tbsp nut butterIce if needed
Method
1Add the tub, milk and banana to a blender.
2Blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker texture.
3Pour and drink cold.
Tip: Use frozen banana instead of ice to keep the flavour strong rather than watered down.
