Kimchi

Certified organic happiness in a jar. Fermented vegetables and spices with a warm savoury flavour and a mild cayenne kick. Aged for depth.
Kimchi is the original Korean fermented vegetable: cabbage, daikon and chilli left to develop under salt and time. Live cultures convert the sugars into lactic acid, building tang, depth and the trillions of microbes that make it more than a side.
This version is built around organic cabbage, daikon, sweet potato and carrot, with garlic, ginger, kelp, hemp seed and cayenne for warmth. Three Australian-made probiotic strains (L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei) are added at the end of fermentation. Non-pasteurised, so the cultures stay alive in the jar.
Love Organics on-pack label - producer-supplied values from the Nutritional Information Panel on the jar. Values are typical averages per 100g. Live ferment, slight batch variation is normal. Not dietary or medical advice.
Add a generous serving with eggs, avocado and toast at breakfast. Drop on top of a poke bowl, stir-fry or rice dish. Eat cold to keep the probiotics alive.
