Product OverviewAbout This Milk

Raw goat milk is milk that has not been pasteurised or homogenised. It is bottled in its natural state, keeping the naturally occurring enzymes, probiotics and beneficial bacteria intact. Many people find goat milk easier to digest than cow's milk.

Why frozen: Freezing locks in the creamy flavour, so the milk never takes on a goaty taste or capric acid edge. It thaws back to fresh.
