The Vision
Evra was conceived by Brisbane property developer Damien Cavallucci (Cavcorp) and hospitality operator Leon McNiece, inspired by the LA wellness lifestyle. The concept: a complete wellness ecosystem where you can live, train, and eat in one precinct. Not just a cafe or a grocer, but a new way of thinking about food infrastructure.
Long Island Precinct
The marketplace sits inside Cavcorp's Long Island development in Newstead, alongside Total Fusion Platinum (altitude training, snow cave, magnesium pool), Baker D. Chirico bakery, and Salon x Papas. Evra is the food and dining anchor for the entire precinct.
The Rooftop Farm
Claimed as Australia's largest rooftop farm. Chemical-free, pesticide-free cultivation. Free-range chickens and three Flow Hive beehives managed by the team. Chefs harvest from the roof each morning based on what service needs. The farm also stocks the marketplace shelves. Horticultural therapy tours are open to the public.
